Shona Quinn

Director of Social Consciousness, Eileen Fisher
She works globally on product life cycle impacts -- from field to final product to next life, influencing business partners and industry stakeholders to create long-term sustainable solutions for Eileen Fisher and the broader apparel sector. Shona’s work also extends beyond the product to the customer, researching the psychology of the consumer/citizen and the role mindfulness plays in creating a shift to sustainable consumption. Shona speaks regularly and has been quoted in the Wall St Journal, the Guardian, Inc Magazine, and Women’s Wear Daily. Shona lives in New York City.

Anna Hammond

Founder and CEO,Matriark Foods
Anna Hammond is the Founder and CEO of Matriark Foods, making upcycled food products for a sustainable future. Matriark upcycles farm surplus and fresh-cut remnants into healthy, affordable products for foodservice, simultaneously diverting vegetables from landfill while providing healthy options to communities in dire need of healthy food. Previous to the founding of Matriark, Hammond spent 25 years as nonprofit leader successfully scaling programs and teams into dynamic, stable, endowed organizations. Most recently, she collaborated with farmers, institutions, funders, and foundations committed to solving food insecurity through education and reimagined food systems.

Dave Stangis

Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Babson College
Dave Stangis is the Founder & CEO of 21C IMPACT. He most recently served as Chief Sustainability Officer and VP Corporate Responsibility/ Public Affairs at Campbell Soup Company, where he reported to Campbell’s President and CEO. Dave currently advises leading companies on ESG, technology, and reputation and resiliency strategies. Over the course of 20 years, Dave led two very different Fortune 500 corporations, Intel and Campbell, from a standing start to clear and consistent world-class leadership in ESG, Sustainability & Social Responsibility.

Andrew Beebe

Andrew helps build companies with category-creating entrepreneurs that are decarbonizing the global economy, electrifying all modes of transportation, and upgrading urban environments. Before joining Obvious, Andrew led Distributed Generation for Nextera Energy, the largest clean energy developer in the United States. Before his clean tech career, Andrew spent a decade building “Web 1.0” companies like Bigstep.com, an e-commerce platform designed to serve the needs of small businesses entering the Internet age. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College.

Nicholas R. Parker

Founding Managing Partner, Global Acceleration Partners Inc
Nick pioneers sustainability ventures, funds and initiatives around the world, working with leading public and private sector organizations. Over the past three decades, he has started Canada’s leading environmental strategy firm, created the world’s largest innovation platform of its kind, launched an $800M investment group and founded a state-owned water company. As Chairman of Parker Venture Management Inc. he makes catalytic investments - presently in solar, fintech and analytics, while advising asset managers, governments and entrepreneurial businesses.

Paul Polman

Co-Founder and Chair, IMAGINE
Paul Polman is Co-founder and Chair of IMAGINE, a social venture which mobilizes business leaders around tackling climate change and global inequality. Paul is the Honorary Chair of the International Chamber of Commerce. He was the CEO of Unilever between 2009 and 2019, where he demonstrated that a long-term, multi-stakeholder model goes hand-in-hand with excellent financial performance. Paul was also a member of the UN Secretary General’s High-Level Panel which developed the Sustainable Development Goals, and as an active SDG Advocate he continues to work with global organizations and across industry to push the 2030 development agenda.

Stephen Spinelli

President, Babson College
Stephen Spinelli Jr., PhD, MBA’92 is the 14th president of Babson College. A successful entrepreneur, academic leader, and scholar, President Spinelli assumed the role of president in July 2019, guiding the College through its centennial year and into its second century. A lifelong entrepreneur, President Spinelli has spent his career at the intersection of academia, business, and philanthropy.

Cheryl Yaffe Kiser

Executive Director, The Lewis Institute & Babson Social Innovation Lab
Cheryl is the founding Executive Director of the Lewis Institute for Social Innovation at Babson College, which amplifies the College’s mission to educate entrepreneurial leaders to create social and economic value simultaneously. Thanks to Cheryl’s vision and leadership for the past ten years, the Lewis Institute has become an influential entity at Babson and beyond.
