In her dual role, Emily helps educate leaders to create economic and social value simultaneously, at all ages and stages of life. Using Babson’s methodology of Entrepreneurial Thought & Action®, she engages with the Babson community as well as a host of external constituents in business, government, the social sector, and beyond to connect resources and amplify social innovation activities. For more than 8 years, she has helped countless teenagers connect to their passions, cultivate new skills, and embrace societal problems as entrepreneurial opportunities. She has been an instructor for Babson’s Summer Study for High School Students, and helped more than 1,000 young women ages 15-19 develop action plans to create change in their communities through Women2Women International.

Previously, Emily served as Producer for Boston College’s Center for Corporate Citizenship where she managed more than 75 events per year and developed their Green Events practice to help link environmental sustainability efforts with corporate social responsibility initiatives. Emily is an alumna of Wellesley College and is currently an RSA Fellow (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce), Global Advisor to Orora Global, and Advisory Board member of Community Dispute Settlement Center.
