Rachel co-founded and directs Food Sol, the first and only university-based center devoted entirely to food entrepreneurship in the United States. Housed inside Babson’s institute for social innovation, Food Sol believes that food and agriculture reimagined and redesigned will change the world. In addition to Food Sol, Rachel designed and teaches an MBA course in food entrepreneurship and serves on the board of the Boston Public Market Association.
